The Spanish band Baywaves has just started it’s EU Tour that will cross Spain, France and England. The artists will play their special Hipnopop at the Hope & Ruin.
Wednesday 31st August: At The Brunswick the Overhead Wires Music presents the Antidote. The 5 piece folk/rock band will be celebrating the release of their brand new album ‘All Around Me’. On the same night there will be the support from the German/English/Scottish pop trio Mouth and the modern rock band The Long Goodbye.
Thursday 1st September: The masterful songwriter Alan Bonner will play his glam-tinged Piano ballads at The Marwood. You can enjoy his impeccable voice while you will want to steal his fabulously vintage outfits.
Friday 2nd September: Consisting of two sets of brothers, the four piece band The Sherlocks are ready to perform it’s indie-rock music. They will rock you at The Concorde 2.
Friday 2nd September: The American musician Kevin Morby will be celebrating his critically acclaimed album Singing Saw. From 7 pm he will wait you at The Green Door.
Friday 2nd September: Scruff of the Neck Records group presents three bands at the Sticky Mike’s: Cessna Deathwish, with dark, twisted, groove laden rock n roll, Grymm, an energetic indie-grunge hybrid with all the catchiness of pop; Dessie Magee, an Irish Folk/Rock band with music that has a strong story to tell.
