It’s not unusual for companies to venture into philanthropy, so no one should be surprised when we tell you that Pornhub have ventured into fighting domestic violence. Never thought I would write that sentence. Anyway, providing porn for the masses isn’t enough for the company, and they have started to focus on other causes.
They launched their sub-branch Pornhub Cares to raise money for breast cancer research, and they have also launched their very own scholarship fund, and now they have teamed up with Christy Mack in a bid to help end domestic violence. The new clothing line features images of Mack and all the proceeds go towards a domestic violence charity of her choice.
The venture is close to Mack’s heart, as she suffered domestic abuse at the hands of her ex-boyfriend, MMA fighter Jonathan Koppenhaver, who is currently awaiting trial. Mack said: ‘Ending domestic violence is a cause that is close to my heart and I’m very proud of this collaboration with Pornhub. I’m really looking forward to making my donation with the proceeds from the clothing line so I hope the shirts sell out quickly’.
