Kemptown’s newly elected MP, Lloyd Russell-Moyle will be hosting a dinner at family-run restaurant, Donatello, in a bid to raise money for staff.
The Labour politician won the Kemptown seat by a large majority in the general election, knocking out Conservative Simon Kirby in the process.
Mr Russell-Moyle is now hoping to raise funds so that he can hire a staff organiser.
In order to raise funds the local MP will be hosting a three course meal, complete with Prosecco, at the Italian restaurant in Brighton Place. The dinner will take place on the 7th September from 7.30pm.
A guest speaker will also be making an appearance in the form of columnist Owen Jones. Jones has been vocal throughout previous elections with his support for Labour and is a columnist, author, commentator and political activist who currently writes for The Guardian.
So if you fancy a delicious three course meal with Prosecco, while raising money for a local cause, this might just be the event for you.
