Roxy Hayde of Roxy Celebrates Love was named ‘Best Newcomer’ at The Wedding Industry Awards 2024 National Awards event. The event took place on Wednesday 24th January at The Underglobe, London.
Created in 2011, The Wedding Industry Awards are the only client-voted regional and national awards in the UK wedding industry, recognising and rewarding excellence.
Roxy was a Regional Finalist in the 2023 South East Celebrant category. She then proceeded in 2024 to win Regional Best Newcomer before scooping the national prize.
Based in Brighton & Hove, Roxy trained as a humanist celebrant with Humanists UK. She has since worked across Sussex, the UK and abroad, establishing herself as a celebrant for joyful, original, and fun ceremonies.
Roxy said, ‘This award means so much, knowing that my couples love creating their ceremonies with me. It’s the best feeling to receive an award based on their feedback. Celebrant-led weddings are becoming more and more popular, and I’m grateful to be a part of this growing movement.’
