CRITICALLY-ACCLAIMED COMEDIAN JOHN TOTHILL BRINGS HIS DEBUT UK TOUR TO BRIGHTON ON APRIL 22.
John Tothill has had quite the year. He deliberately contracted malaria to fund his Edinburgh Fringe run. Miraculously, he recovered in time to perform at the Fringe to a string of rave-reviews and sell-out performances, and now the 2024 Chortle Best Newcomer nominee is heading out on his first ever UK tour and coming to Brigthon.
Thank god you’re here. John has missed you so much. It’s actually been hell without you.
A rat who orgasmed to death. The notion of Marmite. The time John deliberately got malaria. We’ve got a lot to catch up on. Pour yourself six glasses of wine and settle in for an evening that, god-willing, won’t end. Maybe we could even have the tiniest cigarette??
One of 2024 and 2023’s Best-Reviewed Edinburgh Fringe Shows (British Comedy Guide). As seen on Comedy Central Live. Support for Emma Sidi, Sheeps and Fiona Allen.
Directed by Alex Cartlidge and Kathryn Craigmyle.
Praise for John Tothill’s Thank God This Lasts Forever
