Fireworks Night @ Preston Park
Delayed due to poor weather, but not out for the count. There will be a funfair and an award-winning fireworks show at Preston Park on Friday – and it’s completely free of charge!

Saturday 9th of November
Wormhole Comic Con 2019 @ The Assembly Hall
This weekend, we will see the world famous Comic Con come to Sussex. The event features a cosplay competition, appearances by sci-fi/fantasy authors and artists, as well as actors from franchises such as Game of Thrones and Star Wars. Activities for the whole family include wand making and animation workshops, and – if you’re lucky – you can even get yourself in front of the green screen in the photo booth!

Lou Lou’s Vintage Fair @ Brighton Hilton Metropole
Grab yourself a piece from the past for a bargain price at this autumn extravaganza. 40 vintage stalls of accessories and fashion items will be complimented with songs of yesteryear. When you’re all tired out, join the tea party where you can grab a cuppa and a slice of cake.

Sunday 10th of November
Middle Eastern Cuisine @ Brighton Cookery School
Learn innovative and creative cookery methods with Brighton Cookery School! Expand your culinary repertoire with food influenced by Arabia, France and Andalusian Spain. When you’re done with the class, you’ll be able to bring dishes such as Baba Ganoush, falafel and flatbreads into your home to shake things up.

Pankhurst Community Festival @ Brighton Racecourse
Community based activities, workshops and entertainment for all ages, with a Grand Raffle offering prizes from independent makers and local businesses. All proceeds from the days festivities will be donated to the local council endorsed Pankhurst Fire Residents Fundraiser.
10am – 5pm at Brighton Racecourse, Freshfield Road, BN2 9XZ.
