Amanzi
Amanzi is a Brighton-born powerhouse with South African roots. Small in stature but boundless in presence, she brings a raspy, soul-rich voice and deeply personal storytelling to the stage. After years working behind the scenes on global hits and viral samples, she steps forward on her own terms in 2026. Her music centres on connection, growth and self-discovery, and every song feels like an intimate conversation.
AVIJÉ
AVIJÉ is a Tehran-born, Brighton-based vocalist and writer weaving soul and jazz into a timeless, cinematic sound. Drawing on her Iranian heritage and the legacies of Ella Fitzgerald, Sade and Dalida, her debut album Incongruence blends silky melodies with powerful themes of exile, freedom and resistance. Her voice has been described as a postmodern Shirley Bassey boom with Sade’s silk.
Rosie Alexandra
Rosie Alexandra is a Brightonian artist rooted in Soul, R&B and Gospel. Inspired by Bill Withers, Stevie Wonder and Jorja Smith, she enters 2026 with new music and a message of life and hope. Described as an exciting emerging artist with something truly special to share, Rosie is absolutely one to watch among all Brighton events this March.
Pablo Franco
Pablo Franco (she/her) is a poet and troubadour from east London, now proudly calling Brighton home. Her spoken word explores radical kinship with nature, the oral tradition of storytelling, and what it means to truly connect — with each other, with community, and with the world around us.
Isha Drammeh
Isha Drammeh is a black queer spoken word artist whose poetry cuts straight to the heart of identity, politics and lived experience. She believes poetry doesn’t have to be polished or posh to be powerful — and her work proves exactly that.
