I’m a huge fan of fashion blogs, I think it’s a great way to find out about trends you may have missed, gain inspiration and to help find your own personal style. When I moved to Brighton one of the first things I did was try to find some Brighton based fashion bloggers because I thought it would be a great way to work out what Brighton has to offer. After a few hours of searching, reading, and watching YouTube videos I came to the conclusion that Brighton has a lot to offer in terms of really great fashion blogs. After many evenings filled with fashion envy I finally put together a short list of my favourite Brighton based fashion bloggers.
Louise Victoria: Louise is a beauty and fashion blogger who lives in Brighton with her boyfriend. I love her style and her photos are gorgeous. Lvinlove not only contains great posts about her personal style but she also writes about hair and beauty in such a compelling way even I was convinced to try out red lipstick. Although it lasted for all of five minutes it’s the actual convincing that counts. You can tell that Louise knows her stuff, and really cares about fashion, hair and beauty. Not only does she run her blog, she also has her own YouTube channel full of great tutorials and other interesting videos.

Hootingmissowl.com: Jennie Davies and her family are incredibly stylish, and there was no doubt in my mind that she would be in this list. Her love of vintage clothes is one shared by many Brightonians and her ability to pull off such eclectic and stylish outfits is enviable. Not only does she write about her awesome style but she also writes about her family life, with recipes, crochet patterns and DIY tips.
Brighton Style Memos: Alexis Foreman runs Brighton Style Memos, a Brighton based fashion and beauty blogger, her classy and simple style is one only I could ever dream of achieving. A well-known blogger amongst Brighton fashion addicts, Alexis also has her own YouTube channel, which has videos of her beauty routines. Not only does her blog contain fashion advice and general fashion musings, it also contains pieces on art and design, interviews and beauty regimes. Her blog is definitely one to bookmark.
So there are my top three Brighton fashion bloggers and though three may not seem like many, I assure you that once you click on them you’ll spend hours immersing yourself into their blog, only to realise you’ve spent an entire afternoon filled with fashion envy. Though I have to say, as someone who regularly spends afternoons in fashion envy, it’s definitely an afternoon well spent. If you have a fashion blog, or know someone who does and you think that we should do a profile on them please comment below or don’t hesitate to get in touch!
