Shuffle Bar & Kitchen
Situated on York Place, Shuffle is one of the best cocktail bars that Brighton has to offer. With a huge menu that has almost all the cocktails under the sun, it’d be hard not to find something you like here. From the classic Long Island Ice Tea to Mojitos with a twist to something called the Spicy Poo, Shuffle bar has it all. But the fancy cocktails and friendly bartenders aren’t all this place has to offer. Its main appeal is a unique jukebox style feature, meaning you can pick what music will be played throughout the night. Simply connect to the Wi-Fi, go to shuffle.com and pick your songs from a long list of classic bangers. Although the inside is pretty intimate, the garden is where all the fun can be had. The Mesmerist
The Mesmerist is located in the South lanes and is another of Brighton’s most favoured cocktail bars. Offering its customers a 1930s theme inside, The Mesmerist play host to a whole range of entertainment. From burlesque to swing bands and even a cute little Photo Booth, The Mesmerist is a great place to have fun with friends. Prepare yourself for upbeat vibes and deliciously classic cocktails!
Be At One
With a great location, just minutes from the town centre and Old Steine, Be At One is popular amongst after work drinkers. Be At One boasts an intimate setting, perfect for cocktails with drinks to cater for all tastes. If you’re looking for somewhere to meet a pal after the working day is done, this is the place for you.

The Black Dove
Nestled in the heart of Brighton’s Kemptown, The Black Dove is another cocktail hotspot. It may not look like your typical cocktail bar from the outside but once you enter you’ll be wowed by its unique Victorian styled interior. Serving up cleverly crafted cocktails, a snug basement and plenty of vintage knick knacks to wonder at, The Black Dove is a great place to spend the night.

Metrodeco
Traditionally known as a tearoom, locals to Metrodeco will know that they also offer a fine selection of cocktails. Inspired by Parisian cafes of the 1930s, Metrodeco is full of character. Originally opening as a boutique cafe, they now pride themselves on being expert cocktail makers too. Who said you can’t have a Pornstar Martini with finger sandwiches?
BYOC
A unique twist on your typical cocktail bar, BYOC offers you the chance to bring your own booze along with a small fee (hence the name) and watch their state of the art cocktail makers create a bespoke cocktail. Boasting a 1920s theme and a discrete location in the heart of the South lanes, BYOC is a great way to put a novelty spin on your classic cocktail experience.

The Office
Not your typical cocktail spot, The Office is located in the heart of the North lanes. Serving 50+ different types of gin from classic to Mediterranean, you could opt for a simple G&T or a more exciting elderflower inspired cocktail. The Office has a simple yet classy interior with a good selection of seating and a garden.
