Come to Wagner Hall, all lovers of burlesque, this is the festival for you to get dressed up to the nines and watch some quality entertainment from some of the best burlesque performers from all over the UK and beyond.
Thursday 27 Aug: Jewels of the Sea
A celebration of local Burlesque, we will be highlighting some of the best acts from Brighton and across the south coast. Including local legends Dave the Bear, Chi Chi Revolver, and our first ever cyr wheel act. Doors 18:30.
Friday 28 Aug: Nerdlesque
Our newest addition to the festival! From Fantasy to Sci-fi, Literature to Anime, it’s a celebration of all things Nerdlesque. We have a naughty Mary Poppins, Anne Boleyn’s milkshake and you will see some favourite video game characters come to life. Doors 18:30

Saturday 29 Aug: Seaside Crown
Professional guest judges will decide a winner from an incredible line-up of Burlesque performers from across the UK and beyond as they compete for the Seaside Crown. From high energy samba to a psychedelic trip, the standard is high and the competition will be fierce. Doors 18:30
Sunday 30 Aug: Market, workshops and the Brighton Burlesque Summer Ball
There will be a burlesque market and pop-up workshops throughout the afternoon. In the evening, it’s time to celebrate with high calibre burlesque featuring bonafide superstars from all around the world. Expect high end Bump & Grind, mesmerising Classical, and innovative Neo-burlesque. Market 13:00, Ball 18:00.
“We wanted to create a space for local lovers of burlesque to get dressed up, and see some incredible acts they may otherwise not get the chance to,” said Sirona Thorneycroft, founder of Sirona’s Secrets and co-producer of the festival. “It’s essentially a big burlesque prom.”
Sirona Thorneycroft is an award winning Burlesque dancer, teacher and mentor, and her co producer Jack Kristiansen is an accomplished actor, compere and professional silly person. Together they have produced successful burlesque and cabaret shows for over 10 years, including the notorious Cabaret Lab at the Caroline of Brunswick.
