If you’re stuck in isolation, you can now book a virtual tour of the local Enter Gallery to see some beautiful contemporary art from the comfort of your own home. The gallery is host to one of the most sizeable collections of framed, limited edition, rare prints from both emerging talent and internationally renowned artists.

Any art lovers who are interested can call 01273 724829 or email A team member will book you in for a video call in which they will show you around the gallery and talk you through what you’re seeing. If there’s any specific pieces you would like to take a closer look at, they’re more than happy to facilitate that as well.

Lawrence Alkin, Enter Gallery’s owner and founder, said:

Art has the power to help people during hard times by offering relief and reflection whether that’s inside a gallery, connecting with art online or reconnecting with a piece of art you own in your home.

We are committed more than ever to be a platform of exposure for our artists as well as a fully functional gallery offering art to everyone when we all need it most. If you are stuck at home then we would be more than happy to take you on a virtual tour of the gallery so you can view the art from the comfort of your own home and enjoy some human interaction.

This gallery has become a source of art expertise in Brighton in the last 27 years, and provides somewhere for art lovers to attend free art events. These include all access showcases, private viewings, and a Kids Club which offers free art lessons and guest appearances form artists.

They also offer their unique ‘Own Art’ scheme with a 0% interest loan in an effort to make art accessible to everyone. The hope is that people will use this government funded initiative to help support the gallery and invest in the arts.
