Burger & Lobster debuts first-ever brunch menu in Brighton

Calling brunch lovers, Burger & Lobster is diving into Brighton and launching its first-ever brunch menu. From mouth-watering twists on the traditional egg benedict, along with shell-icious specials and everyone’s favourite Avocado Toast, there will be something for every brunchgoer.

Those who love a hearty brunch with all the trimmings should choose The Full Brighton or the Breakfast Smash – a juicy smashed patty with melted cheese and a fried egg on a fresh brioche bun. Burger & Lobster are excited to introduce its B&L Benedict that’s served in the famous brioche roll with a choice of toppings like fresh lobster, smoked salmon or spinach and drizzled with a creamy hollandaise sauce. For the sweet toothed, the Berry Waffles with plant-based yoghurt, fruit compote, and a drizzle of honey are a must try.

Known for its commitment to quality and simplicity, Burger & Lobster Brighton is partnering with local suppliers to bring fresh, local ingredients to both the à la carte and brunch menu. Visitors should expect fresh artisanal bread from Flour Pot, epic hot sauces from Brighton Hot Sauce, beers from Gun Brewery, local wines from Albourne Estate, Redroaster coffee, and the local favourite for a G&T, Brighton Gin.
