AN EVENING WITH ARMISTEAD MAUPIN (Sun 3 Mar)
Bestselling, much-loved author and LGBT activist, Armistead Maupin, is in Brighton to celebrate the long-awaited tenth novel in the Tales of the City series- Mona of the Manor. Shakespeare’s brutal tragedy is given new life in this haunting, break-neck adaptation, retaining the intensity and intrigue of Macbeth in 80 high-octane minutes, with two award winning actors brilliantly and boldly bringing more than 20 roles to life. This innovative and entertaining performance is presented by Hove based Out of Chaos, in partnership with ATG Creative Learning, specifically for school audiences with tickets priced at £8.
