THE WOMAN IN BLACK (Until Sat 2 Mar)
Having opened on Tuesday to rave reviews, the legendary production of Susan Hill’s chilling ghost story The Woman In Black plays Theatre Royal Brighton after an incredible 33 year run at the Fortune Theatre in the West End. Starring Malcolm James as Arthur Kipps and Mark Hawkins as The Actor.

AN EVENING WITH ARMISTEAD MAUPIN (Sun 3 Mar)
Bestselling, much-loved author and LGBT activist, Armistead Maupin, is in Brighton to celebrate the long-awaited tenth novel in the Tales of the City series- Mona of the Manor. Join America’s ultimate storyteller, in conversation with special guest host Juno Dawson, as he recounts his favourite tales from the past four decades, offering his own engaging observations on society and the world we inhabit.

 

DROP THE DEAD DONKEY (Tue 5 – Sat 9 Mar)
Starring the original smash-hit TV series cast members Susannah Doyle, Robert Duncan, Ingrid Lacey, Neil Pearson, Jeff Rawle, Stephen Tompkinson and Victoria Wicks. The iconic BAFTA and EMMY award-winning comedy Drop The Dead Donkey is reimagined for the stage in this brand-new topical commentary on the cutthroat world of 24 hours news.

 

SISTER ACT (Mon 11 – Sat 16 Mar)
This eagerly anticipated Olivier Award nominated production of the Broadway and UK smash hit musical Sister Act arrives in Brighton mid month. Featuring original music by Tony® and 8-time Oscar® award-winner Alan Menken (Disney’s AladdinEnchanted) and songs inspired by Motown, soul and disco, this heavenly musical is joyous and uplifting in equal measures. A musical sent from above, Sister Act is the brilliant, must-see show which raises the spirits and warms the soul time after time. Starring Coronation Street legend Sue Cleaver* as Mother Superior and West End star Landi Oshinowo as Deloris, everyone’s favourite nun on the run! *Sue Cleaver will perform from Thu – Sat performances only.

 

CLUEDO 2 – THE NEXT CHAPTER (Tue 19 – Sat 23 Mar)
Cluedo is back on stage with a brand new hilarious whodunit, Cluedo 2 – The Next Chapter! Starring reigning Strictly Champion Ellie Leach and Casualty’s Jason Durr and set in the swinging 1960s, Cluedo 2 introduces a new house, new suspects, and lots of new bodies, in this all-new tale of murder, mystery and secret passageways. Directed by Mark Bell – director of the global phenomenon The Play That Goes Wrong, Cluedo 2 is a blast! MACBETH (Tue 26 Mar)
Something wicked this way comes…

Shakespeare’s brutal tragedy is given new life in this haunting, break-neck adaptation, retaining the intensity and intrigue of Macbeth in 80 high-octane minutes, with two award winning actors brilliantly and boldly bringing more than 20 roles to life. This innovative and entertaining performance is presented by Hove based Out of Chaos, in partnership with ATG Creative Learning, specifically for school audiences with tickets priced at £8.
