Craig David is heading to Brighton in 2027, with the British singer, songwriter and producer set to perform at the Brighton Centre on Sunday 9 May 2027.
The announcement gives fans in Brighton and across Sussex the chance to see one of the UK’s most successful contemporary R&B and garage artists live, with tickets for the show starting at £70.
Tickets will go on sale from 9am on Friday 2 October 2026, with the Brighton Centre box office handling ticket sales.
David has enjoyed a career spanning more than two decades, first making his name as one of the defining voices of the UK’s late-1990s and early-2000s garage scene. His breakthrough came with Re-Rewind (The Crowd Say Bo Selecta) with Artful Dodger, before he embarked on a hugely successful solo career.
His debut album, Born to Do It, became one of the defining British albums of its era, producing a string of major singles including Fill Me In, 7 Days, Walking Away and Rendezvous. The album established David as a major international artist and helped bring the UK’s garage and R&B sound to a much wider audience.
Since then, David has continued to evolve his sound while retaining the combination of soulful vocals, electronic production and UK garage influences that first made him a household name.
His live shows draw heavily on that extensive catalogue, meaning the Brighton audience can expect a set spanning different stages of his career, from the early garage classics through to his later material.
The Brighton Centre date will take place on a Sunday evening, making it an appealing option for fans looking to round off a weekend in the city with a major live performance.
The show is being promoted by Kilimanjaro, one of the UK’s major live entertainment promoters, which has been behind tours and concerts involving some of the biggest names in music and comedy.
With tickets starting at £70, fans hoping to attend are being encouraged to get ready ahead of the general sale. Tickets officially go on sale at 9am on Friday 2 October 2026.
For Brighton music fans, the announcement adds another major name to the city’s 2027 live calendar, with Craig David bringing more than 20 years of hits and UK dance music history to the Brighton Centre.
