DIY have a huge presence in the alternative music scene and have had the likes of Wolf Alice, The Kills and Biffy Clyro grace the cover of their print magazine, so you can be sure that the line-up they have chosen will be full of incredible up and coming, and established, talent. DIY are taking over Horatio’s with some of their favourite bands. Joining them are Leeds thrashers Eagulls as are our very own Black Honey. Not only that but “LA’s most exciting new band in bloody ages, Partybaby, are playing their first UK show just for us.” Also performing are Beach Baby, Cullen Omori of Smith Westerns, Drones Club and Milk Teeth.

The Great Escape is an amazing festival that has firmly established itself as one of the best festivals for up and coming bands, as well as some established, and has seen incredible artists perform including Adele and The Cribs. Indie giants Mystery Jets are also performing a Corn Exchange set for DIY on the 21st of May and are joined by The Big Moon and Vitamin. To quote DIY; ‘Blimey.’ Tickets for The Great Escape are on sale now and you can find the full line up of DIY X The Great Escape here.
