December is fast approaching, and with so many different shows being put on this year it’s hard to decide which ones to go to. From Panto to Ballet, or even to circus acts? This year at the Brighton Dome an extrodinary event is taking place. If you want something that is a little bit unusual, loud, extravagant and fun for all the family then look no further than Flown.

Flown is being performed from the 19th-27th of December at the Brighton Dome from contemporary circus company the Pirates of Caribina. Flown tells the story of a crew of acrobats, aerialists, musicians and stuntmen trying to get their show up and running on time. From a flying aerialist who tries to iron her party-dress, a stagehand that gets tangled in the decorations and stuntmen argue with festive lights…whilst in the air of course. Award-winning and critically acclaimed, Flown gives you jaw dropping performances, with a mix of comedy and catastrophe with an incredible live band to provide the soundtrack. This huge event will turn everything you know about the circus quite literally on its head, and gives you an incredible and unique insight into the absurdity of contemporary circus life. Fun for all the family, Flown is something you must see this Christmas. They previously performed at the Brighton Festival in 2014 and have recently come back from Australia after an incredible sell-out tour. Find out more about tickets here
