Sussex singletons seeking romance are being served up a new concept by a Brighton-based company, with finger food as well as a potential partner on the menu.
With a sudden shift from digital dating to a face-to-face rendezvous, RightFlirt.club are hoping to change people’s romantic life forever with their upcoming events.
As so many singletons are looking to find new friends, as well as possibly meet that seemingly elusive special someone, then Speed Dating with finger food appears to be the way forward.
Participants get half-an-hour to savour some food and enjoy a drink, all included in the £25 ticket price, with those of the same gender.
This is followed by six-minute mini dates, with decisions made via text message, and then the chance to mingle over more finger food.
There are a pair of Friday night Speed Dating events coming up, with the 30s & 40s age bracket catered for on 26 August while the 40s & 50s guideline is on 2 September.
Host and organiser Love Doctor Monti, who has been playing Cupid since his teenage years, explained: “Being single and lovely offers perks as people will be chatty. I find that more often than not that participants make friends of the same sex as the ambience is laidback.
“The idea of introducing food at the start and the end is so that people don’t rush to the event without eating, and then drink on an empty stomach. They want to come across as wonderful human beings, so being fed and watered before mini dates could be the future.”
If you fancy a bite to eat before venturing on a potential romantic encounter, then why join the Love Doctor? It’s a night out for those who are curious and seeking a meaningful relationship.
