Police are searching for a man who assaulted a young girl on a Brighton bus. The young girl was unhurt but was very distressed by the incident. Police are asking for the public’s help to find this man.
Just before 4 pm on 7 April this year the man was sitting next to the girl on the top deck of a northbound No 49 bus in Lewes Road, and he indecently touched her. The girl pushed him away, and he then ran downstairs and got off the bus at the junction with The Avenue, Moulsecoomb.
He has been described as being 5″6, of Asian appearance and in his late 30’s. He had dark hair and was wearing a beanie hat, a light puffa coat and jeans or trousers.
