Legendary indie rock band The Kaiser Chiefs ran into what could have been a super-embarrassing situation at their Brighton gig last night (28 February). The show at the packed out Brighton Centre was part of the band’s first UK arena tour in two years.
A total nightmare scenario happened mid-way through the gig – the band’s equipment failed, rendering Peanut’s keyboard useless. No-one could have predicted this kind of riot!
Thankfully, the talented five boys from Leeds didn’t go Ruby red and managed to style their way out of the blunder. They got the huge crowd of thousands singing along with an impromptu ‘na na na’ in place of the backing instruments.
Concertgoers took to Twitter to say how much they enjoyed the night.
What do you do when the keyboard breaks? An impromptu Na Na Na Na Naa, that's what! pic.twitter.com/Yvbh3UBar8
