Reports are emerging this morning claim that Montpelier Road in Brighton has been closed due to a man being stabbed.
Police were called to Montpelier Road this morning as a man was found with stab wounds outside Waitrose. A number of officers and vehicles were present at the scene and a 28 year old man is now in custody, accused of committing grievous bodily harm.
Officers closed the road at around 11:30 this morning but it is now reopen.
Witnesses should contact Sussex Police on 101 and quote serial 421.
