 Eastbourne this summer for a night of rock n roll memories on Saturday 19 July.Rave On, the 50s and 60s musical sensation returns to the Congress Theatre.

This is a night of live music which promises pure unadulterated nostalgia for an era of melodies which defined a generation. From the emergence of Rock and Roll at Sun Records in Memphis, Tennessee to the British Invasion and beyond, this is a musical adventure which will keep you buzzing for days after.

Charting the meteoric rise of Rock and Roll, Rave On is a thrilling tour through music’s most revolutionary decades. Join the live band for an exhilarating evening of toe-tapping, iconic classics with vibrant vintage costumes and colourful staging.

Take a step back in time and experience the history of rock and roll music like never before. Featuring hits from artists including; Elvis Presley, Buddy Holly, Chuck Berry, The Beatles, Connie Francis, Neil Sedaka, Little Richard, Roy Orbison, Lulu, The Beach Boys and many more.

No gimmicks, just note perfect renditions of the most loved sounds from the decades that gifted us Rock and Roll. Performed by an incredibly talented, era-obsessed group of young musicians, this brand-new show features leading performers from West End productions including The Buddy Holly Story, Million Dollar Quartet and Dreamboats & Petticoats.

Transporting audiences back to the fabulous 50’s and swinging 60’s in stunningly authentic style.

Written and produced by Ollie Seymour Marsh, whose extensive live theatre credits include: Carl Perkins in the original West End production of Million Dollar Quartet (Noel Coward Theatre), Buddy in Buddy – the Buddy Holly Story (UK and International Tour) and Dan Graham whose credits include:  Buddy – The Buddy Holly Story (UK and Germany No.1 Tour), Dreamboats & Petticoats (West End and UK Tour) and Rock ‘n’ Roll Heaven (No.1 UK Tour).
