The Royal Pavilion will be lit up in blue and white to celebrate Brighton & Hove Albion reaching the Emirates FA Cup Semi Final this weekend.
The city’s most famous building will be bathed in colour to show support to the Seagulls who will play Manchester United at Wembley Stadium on Sunday at 4.30pm.
We will be lighting up the building from dusk in the team’s home colours of blue and white on Friday and Saturday night before the match.
CEO of Brighton & Hove Museums Hedley Swain said: “The Seagulls are having a brilliant season and we wish them the best at Wembley. We thought it would be fun to light up the wonderful iconic Royal Pavilion as a sign of support from the city’s most famous landmark to our local club.”
