Society’s search for utopia will be the focus for this years TedxBrighton event.
If you’re wondering how communities form, disrupt, and and achieve unity in contemporary society then this years event could be for you.
Through a selection of speakers who represent local and global communities alike, topics will range from mental health, renewable energy, disability and gender rights, empathy, immigration reform and human rights, dyslexia, and revolution and the media.
“From progressing world views on LGBT, to the way new-wave internet celebrities are born. Every life and the communities they find have the chance to be radical, prosperous, delightful or even dangerous.
Join us in learning how and why it happens.”
The event takes place on Friday the 20th of October at the Brighton Dome on Church Street with tickets ranging from £38-45.
The TEDx Program is designed to help communities, organisations and individuals to spark conversation and connection through local TED-like experiences.
