The Grand Brighton has just announced that it will be hosting Chefs’ Table 2019 on Wednesday 20th November. Proceeds from this event will go to Rockinghorse Children’s Charity.

This year, five of Brighton’s most talented chefs will re-unite to serve up a festive selection of dishes. In previous years, the event has raised £44,100 for charitable causes. This year they are raising money for Rockinghorse, a Brighton charity that offers resources to help meet children’s healthcare needs.

Each chef will introduce their dish from a multi-course menu and recommend wine pairings. The menu will include an amuse bouche, starter plus fish, main and dessert courses. In addition to the amazing food, there will be an auction with prizes such as hotel stays and private dining experiences. All proceeds from the event will fund support services at Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital. Rockinghorse aims to help the hospital improve the quality of life for the most vulnerable children in Sussex.

Ryan Heal, CEO at Rockinghorse Children’s Charity, says: “Since the inception of the Chef’s Table event two years ago, we’ve been blown away by the generosity of the guests at the event but mostly the generosity of the incredible chefs who donate their time, staff and culinary expertise for the benefit of our charity”.

The Grand Brighton will host the event on November 20th in the Empress Suite, which has a capacity of 200 guests.
