An important piece of Brighton and Hove Albion history is going under the hammer in a major sports memorabilia auction taking place next week.
A single ticket from David Beckham’s Man Utd debut – in a 1992 match against The Seagulls – is up for sale, with an estimated guide price of £500 – £600. The then 17 year old Becks played as a sub for the last 18 minutes of the match. With bids already at £320 with a week to go until the auction, the final hammer price might be far higher.
The Road To Manchester auction is being held by Graham Budd Auctions next Tuesday 1st and Wednesday 2nd October. More information is in the below release, and there are other lots that local football fans might be interested in, including this FA Cup Winners medal from Gordon McQueen, estimated at £20,000.
