The Chilli Pickle: The Chilli Pickle is an extremely popular restaurant in Brighton so it’s wonderful to discover that they are an official partner of the Sustainable Restaurant Association. They even have a page dedicated to it on their website.

64 Degrees: Another Brighton favourite, 64 Degrees use a network of local suppliers.

The Foragers: Situated in Hove, this gastro pub is an approved member of the Sussex branch of the localfoodbritain.com. They also have an entire page dedicated to where their food is sourced.

Coggings & Co: The gastro pub has been given the Three Star Sustainability Champion Award by The SRA and everything from their vegetables to their cider is all locally sourced.

Silo: The UK’s first zero-waste eatery and it’s right here in our beloved North Laines. Silo has their own brewery and flower mill, they churn their own butter, roll their own oats and support the nose to tail ideology when it comes to animals. They too have a long list of the things they do to achieve complete sustainability.
