This Christmas, indulge yourself with these gorgeous gooey brownies and a warm cup of tea. But we warn you: they are very moreish!
Here’s how to make these Christmas-tree-inspired beauties…
Ingredients
200g Dark Chocolate
400g Light Muscavado Sugar
225g Butter
4 eggs
225g Plain Flour
100g White Chocolate (Cut into small chunks)
100g Milk Chocolate (Cut into small chunks)
Decorations of choice
Method
- Melt the dark chocolate over a pan of hot water
- Beat the butter and sugar together until creamy
- Add the eggs one at a time
- then add the flour and the melted chocolate
- Add the white chocolate and milk chocolate chunks
- Spread evenly into a baking tray (25 x 30cm), which is grease and lined with baking paper
- Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into triangles
- Decorate to how you would like
- Enjoy!
