Triple Chocolate Christmas Brownies

These brownies will go down an absolute treat with your family and friends, and they are easy to make too!

This Christmas, indulge yourself with these gorgeous gooey brownies and a warm cup of tea. But we warn you: they are very moreish!

Here’s how to make these Christmas-tree-inspired beauties…

Ingredients

200g Dark Chocolate

400g Light Muscavado Sugar

225g Butter

4 eggs

225g Plain Flour

100g White Chocolate (Cut into small chunks)

100g Milk Chocolate (Cut into small chunks)

Decorations of choice

Method

  1. Melt the dark chocolate over a pan of hot water
  2. Beat the butter and sugar together until creamy
  3. Add the eggs one at a time
  4. then add the flour and the melted chocolate
  5. Add the white chocolate and milk chocolate chunks
  6. Spread evenly into a baking tray (25 x 30cm), which is grease and lined with baking paper
  7. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes
  8. Allow to cool completely before cutting into triangles
  9. Decorate to how you would like
  10. Enjoy!

(These are equally nice cut into squares and eaten plain!)
