Rebecca is one of Uk’s  most quietly sought-after energy healers  and is part of a new generation of intuitive practitioners reshaping how we think about healing, energy and emotional wellbeing. Positioned at the intersection of spiritual coaching, consciousness expansion and intuitive energy work, she offers a grounded, modern approach that resonates with people searching for clarity in an increasingly overstimulated world.

Her method is not about mysticism or escapism — but about reconnecting individuals to the parts of themselves they’ve learned to suppress. Through her work, Rebecca helps clients decode their emotional frequencies, understand the subconscious patterns driving their behaviour, and return to a more aligned and empowered inner state.

What makes her practice distinctive is its unusual combination of sensitivity and precision. She reads emotional energy with the accuracy of someone analysing data — yet delivers insights with a calmness that immediately puts people at ease. Her philosophy is simple: healing isn’t an external service, but an internal awakening. It is a process of returning to the truth of who you are, and learning to live from that place with clarity, balance and presence.

In this interview, Rebecca opens up about her journey, the science of frequency, the challenges of emotional reconnection, and why she believes true transformation begins not in the mind — but in the heart.

How did your journey into healing begin? Where did this all start?

It began with reflexology. When I worked on people’s feet, their energy would literally communicate with me.
I could sense what they were carrying emotionally — things they hadn’t spoken, but that their frequency revealed.
Clients often cried because it resonated with them. That’s when I realised something deeper was happening. I also grew up with
a psychic mother, so intuition was normal in my home, though my own gifts didn’t appear until adulthood.

For readers new to this world, how would you describe the kind of healing you do?

My work brings people back to themselves. We’re beings of light, and that light carries information — emotions, subconscious patterns, fears,
everything we suppress. Most of our reality comes from that subconscious frequency. I help people understand what they’re emitting and why.
I’m not the healer — they are. I guide people to reconnect with the parts of themselves they abandoned.

Many people assume healing should feel peaceful or pleasant. Is that true?

Not at all. Healing is uncomfortable. The mind becomes comfortable in unhealthy emotions because they’re familiar, especially if someone grew
up without emotional safety. To heal, you must face the inner child — the abandonment, fear, rejection — all the things you buried.
People want someone to save them, but healing is actually empowerment. It’s you saving you.

You often talk about the heart being the key to reconnection. Why is that?

We are born as unconditional love. If parents can’t model that, children disconnect from the heart very early. Stress pulls the mind further
away from the heart, and eventually people live entirely in their head — productive but emotionally starved.
The first step back is relaxation. Most people don’t know how to relax. The mind becomes like an untamed horse — it chases information, distraction, stimulation.
But when you calm the mind, you can finally hear the heart again.

Can you talk about the moment you personally began reconnecting with yourself?

For me it happened in Malaysia, on a quiet beach. I finally slowed down. I began to reflect on my emotions — insecurity, fear, pressure —
and asked myself which of those feelings were actually true. That was the moment I began to understand my own frequency and reality.
My life changed from there.

Remote viewing is something not everyone understands. How would you explain it to an everyday reader?

Our hearts hold all information because we’re all part of the same oneness. When I connect to my heart fully, I can connect to others —
not in a mystical way, but in a frequency-based way. I can see what’s happening in someone’s mind, body or emotional field. It’s not a special gift. I’ve just dedicated my life to reading frequency, in the same way someone else might dedicate their life to piano or science.

You’ve said modern life disconnects us from ourselves. What do you mean by that?

We give our energy away — to systems, media, fear, distraction. Then we wonder why we feel powerless.  People think they’re being informed, but often they’re being drained. The more attention we give outside systems, the further we move from our own reality.
Healing begins when you withdraw that energy and return it to yourself.

What advice would you give someone who feels overwhelmed, anxious or stuck?

We start by understanding why they’re overwhelmed. Usually the heart isn’t flowing, so the mind is in overdrive.
The balance is gone. The way back is gentle: slow down, feel what you’ve avoided, reconnect with the heart, and let life teach you instead of frighten you.
Healing isn’t miraculous — it’s a return to the truth you abandoned.
