This Monday, The Loft at Little Dippers brings to you Yoga in the heart of Brighton.
If Yoga is something you absolutely love, or something have always wanted to try then these sessions are for you. Starting at £10 per session, or 5 for £30, these sessions can help you improve on strength, flexibility and your mindfulness.
To celebrate this first Yoga session, there will be free Genie Kombucha tasting – a sweet beverage with many health benefits, and even better, there will be a free bottle to take home!
This Vinyasa flow style yoga holds a strong focus on improving mobility, strength and awareness to breath, to help you enjoy the present moment.

Tuesday, 1st October
If you are looking to getting your hands dirty on Tuesday morning, head to Stoneham Bakehouse based in Hove, where they host their Bagels and Pretzels making workshop. In small groups, you can learn to bake your own bagels, from mixing dough, shaping, baking, and learning all of the basics of which are covered in this session.
You will also get a chance to create pretzels, and how to knot the dough together. This session ends with a free a bagel tasting!

Wednesday, 2nd October
Explore your artistic self with Life Drawing Sessions at the Black Dove this coming Wednesday. For only £7 admission (£6 for students!), this event encourages a relaxing and creative atmosphere where all abilities are welcome.
The session runs from 7.30-9.30pm. Bring what you have, but basic materials will be available with donation. (A3 boards included in ticket).

If you want to learn new techniques, relax and forget about the outside world for a couple of hours, this Life Drawing class is the place for you.

Thursday, 3rd October
Mothers Ruin is back again with another creative workshop for women, this time, with making soap! These female run sessions are to encourage other ladies to explore their creative skills in a supportive atmosphere, where you can socialise with other like-minded ladies.
With Christmas round the corner, this session will help you get creative by meeting together to make Festive Soap! As you get to take home what you make, this is a great opportunity to meet other inspiring and creative women, and to make a lovely personalised Christmas present for a loved one!

Friday, 4th October
Have you ever wanted to swim in the sea, but have always been a little cautious about the safety about wild swimming? Living in such a beautiful seaside city with the fear of venturing out into the waters may be disheartening.
This is why Seabirds LTD offer 2 hour sessions, for swimmers who want an informative introduction to sea swimming. For only £20 per ticket, the price includes a swim hat (encourages being seen), wetsuit hire and a 30 minute talk on beach and sea conditions. They will cover tides, currents, risks and how to swim safely. There will be an open water swimming coach to guide you in this session.
Hot drinks and cakes are also provided with the ticket price. They will meet at 9.30-11.30 am, in front of Hove Lawns Cafe.

Saturday, 5th October
In its 32nd year of running, this charming festival creates the perfect night out, for you and your family. This Saturday, you can discover some of the best and most unusual beers, carefully selected by talented ‘curators of beer’. If you don’t like beer, don’t worry, there will be cider, Perry and wine available also!
If you like being involved in your community, and love beer, this is a great opportunity to support your local festival and have a great night out anyone can enjoy.

Brighton’s Level Sunday Market is returning… for their all new Autumn Edition held this Sunday!
If you love this autumnal festive session as much as I do, then you should head down to this Sunday Market to try Autumn themed food, venders and traders.
The Level’s Sunday Market showcases a huge variety of local independent Sussex traders, artists, bakers, independent and unique handmade gifts and fresh produce.
There will be a delicious menu of global street food, cakes and vegan and gluten free options.
This Market runs from 10-5pm in the heart of Brighton at the Level. If you love Autumnal events, then this one is not to be missed.
