It’s the weekend! And not just any weekend it is a bank holiday so although this guide only brings you up to Sunday the majority of you will also have Monday to fill with whatever fun stuff you want to do!

Friday 25th – Zippos Circus
The Circus runs from the 25th of August to the 3rd of September just West of the King Alfred Leisure Centre. On their 2017 tour they will present a new production called Jigit! It celebrates the show’s new equestrian and acrobatic marvels. For the first time in 30 years they will have aromatic Cossack riding with riders from Kazakstan. They will be joined by loop-the-loop motorbike stunts, comic Emilion, juggler’s, trapeze artists and knife throwing! For tickets visit their website here.

Saturday 26th – Brighton Thai Festival
In Preston Park this weekend there will be a two day event to experience Thailand brought to you by Magic of Thailand. There will be culture, food, massages, performances, an eating competition and Muay Thai boxing for everyone to enjoy. Sunday 27th – The Big Prosecco Festival
This festival will be taking over 18th Century Georgian Mansions, Proud Country House and their gardens. This is the event you need to go to if you’re a Prosecco lover as there will be over 50 varieties of Prosecco to taste! There will be live bands, DJ’s and Entertainment. Sunday 27th – The Fiddlers Street Party
Live music from Brighton based musicians will take place at the festival on Boyce Street. The genres you will hear vary from folk to country to rock and pop. There will be a BBQ, live All Ireland football semi final and a pop up glitter bar. The event is free admission and takes place from midday to 3am.

Sunday 27th – Brighton Antiques, Vintage and Collectables Fair
From 9:30am at Brigthon Racecourse there will be 175 stalls packed with antiques and vintage collectable items for you to find!
