Beach BBQ and Music @ Yellowave Beach Sports – Friday 27th July

With temperatures expected to remain high all week, what better way to start the weekend than with a BBQ on the beach! Come down to Yellowave Beach Sports this warm Friday evening, for BBQ grilled meat accompanied by music from local Sussex acoustic musician Jay Hunter – the evening is guaranteed to be chilled! Veggie options will also be available.

Marina Music Night @ Malmaison Brighton – Friday 27 July

If relaxation is what you’ll be craving come the end of this hot working week, then what better way to do so than by relaxing with a cool drink, some tunes and views over the beautiful Brighton Marina!. Free to attend, no need to book and with ‘THANK MAL ITS FRIDAY discounts, you can just turn up and enjoy cocktails, beers and Maison champayne from just £5!

This Saturday 28th, The Green Door Store, for a whole day, are putting on the best and most forward thinking integrated music night in the UK! Tickets cost £10 for a day ticket and £6 for a half day ticket.

Yoga – Sea Swim s and Brunch with About Balance and You Juice @ Sea Lanes Brighton – Saturday 28 July

Sea Lanes Brighton this Saturday are hosting a seafront Yoga experience with a difference and all abilities are welcome! Expect a 60 minute Yoga class from Katie Finch, followed by a dip in the sea and ending with a healthy brunch! To top this off, the wonderful Beach Box Brighton will be offering sauna sessions all day long! You can book in advance online or you can just turn up with your mat on the day (cash only).

Sussex Sharks vs. Hampshire @ The 1st Central County Ground – Sunday 29 July

With the World Cup, Wimbledon and The Open all now concluded, sports fans in the city could be stuck for things to do. However fear not, as this weekend sees the return of t20 cricket to the county Ground in Hove – Vitality Blast, with the mighty Sussex Sharks taking on Hampshire! With everything still all to play for for both sides in this competition, this is sure to be an exciting afternoon!

Montpelier Villa Women’s FC Footgolf Takeover @ Brighton Golf – Sunday 29 July

In a quest to raise funds for their 2018/19 season, Montpelier Villa Women’s FC are hosting a 9 hole Footgolf competition! For a fun packed day and to support a local Women’s football team, come down to Brighton Golf this Sunday and take part! Teams of 4 will cost £40 and all ages and abilities are welcome. Besides the competition, you can except the day itself to be filled with music, drinks, cake sales and a raffle (with some fab prizes)!
