- Experience an Art Exhibition at Kinsbrook Vineyard, Thakeham

Kinsbrook is a young, progressive vineyard in the heart of West Sussex. It is led by Joe Beckett & Rebecca Dancer, some of the youngest players in the English wine movement at 30 and 31 years old respectively.
This May, they are teaming up with celebrated artist Alice Straker to bring an evening of fine art and wine. Four incredible artists will be exhibiting their work at Kinsbrook Vineyard, showcasing their range of distinctive styles. All art pieces will be available for purchase and the artists themselves will be there to meet with exhibition goers. Ticket holders receive a welcome glass of Kinsbrook’s KIN Sparkling White, capapés and an evening of live music. Hot food will be available for purchase as well as a bar serving beers, wines, cocktails and soft drinks.

Get your ohm on with Forest Bathing at Cowdray. Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku) is a traditional Japanese awareness meditation, proven to be a profound antidote to anxiety, depression, fear and tension.
Guests will meet at Cowdray Hall and taken out onto a private area of the Estate not normally accessible to the general public for the Forest Bathing element of the morning. Starting with a simple forest walk whereby the forest languages of renewal, growth, change and impermanence will become your experiential second nature.

5. Sip & Create: Tablescaping Workshop at Bolney Estate, Bolney
Thursday 21st March. 6.30pm – 8.30pm
Partnering with The Table Stylist, Bolney are showcasing Spring blooms with a masterclass in tablescaping. Your ticket will include a welcome glass of Bolney Bubbly before the workshop begins which will guide you through the art of tablescaping which involves creating beautifully styled table layouts. You will also create your own bud vase of seasonal British flowers to take home with you.
