Brighton is well known for its green friendly population and a huge part of that is about what Brightonians eat. In November 2016, online site Female First listed Brighton as the top vegan city in the UK with 42% of its population choosing to lead a vegan lifestyle. With so many conscious eaters in our city, of course there would be plenty of restaurants to cater for their needs. So we offer you our comprehensive guide to vegan/vegetarian Brighton.
