Next Wednesday, a whole range of top comedians will come to Brighton Dome for a special stand-up performance. ‘Stand Up For Refugees’ is a charity event aiming to raise funds to fight against the current migrant crisis.
The show will be headlined by no other than famous TV comedy star Dara O’Briain. He will be joined by several other big comedy names such as Mark Steel, Shappi Khorsandi and Francesca Martinez who will make you laugh until you cry. The show will be compered by South-London stand-up comedian Jen Brister who organizes the event together with colleague Tiernan Douieb.
The event has run in several cities across the UK and will come to Brighton Dome next Wednesday. All the money collected with the ticket sales will directly go to Help Refugees. The charity is the biggest grassroots distributor of aid in the ongoing migrant crisis and currently operates in over 20 migrant camps in Europe and the Middle East.
