Sussex Police are appealing for witnesses to the armed robbery of a shop in Eastbourne.
A man armed with a knife entered One Stop in Winston Crescent at about 9:01pm on Thursday February 1st and demanded the two members of staff give him some money.
He left with about £150 in cash and both members of staff were left in shock, but unharmed. The knife was later recovered from the scene.
The suspect is a white, 5’9” male with a stocky build and facial stubble.
He was sporting a grey hoody, which may have been Nike, black tracksuit bottoms and black trainers with three white stripes, potentially Adidas.
He was also wearing a black beanie hat, dark gloves and a scarf covering his mouth which was black with a white stripe.
Officers are making house-to-house enquiries in the area, and anyone with any information is asked to report it online or call 101 quoting serial 1280 of 01/02.
