The Brighton Tattoo Convention, one of the UK’s most recognised tattoo assemblies, will return to Brighton for its 14th Anniversary Edition next year.

The weekend-long event will be held at the Brighton Centre on Saturday February 25th from 11am to 10pm, and on Sunday February 26th 11am to 8pm.

First held at the Brighton Race Course in 2007, the event has grown massively. It has now progressed to the largest exhibition centre in the South, spoiling guests with the fantastic location by the iconic seafront.

Welcoming more than 500 international tattooists, traders and exhibitions, the visitors in their thousands will have much to look forward to. Events include parties, artists, visual shows and presentations, with more to be revealed in the forthcoming months.

There will also be live entertainment, shopping stalls and bar service throughout the day, and ticket prices will include access to all the events at the convention and any off-site parties they arrange.

Visitors will have the rare opportunity to view the works of world-renowned tattoo artists, some of whom have flown out from overseas exclusively for the occasion.

Some artists will be doing tattoos first come, first served, while others will only take direct appointments. If you are interested in getting a tattoo at this event, it has been advised to contact the artists directly to see if they are taking bookings.

The considerable amount of tattooists involved with the convention will mean a variety of styles on show, from neo-traditional exhibits to colourful realism.

Silvia, who goes by Cloto, is a colour tattoo artist based in London. Currently, her style is inspired by pop culture, including video games, TV shows and movies. It will be her first Brighton Tattoo Convention.

Josh Peacock, from Cambridge, is known for his distinct style and has gained much popularity online from his cartoon creations with human teeth. He will also be making an appearance.

Marzio Bellomo will be flying from Italy to the UK to take part for a second year. The internationally renowned artist started completely self-taught in 2011 and, by 2015, opened his own tattoo shop in Genova, Italy.
