The vegan festival will boast an enormous array of vegan treats and goodies, as well as hundreds of stalls selling homemade and ethically produced goods, such as jewellery and cards entertainment and live music – with a 6% rise in vegan people in the last two years, this festival is bound to be popular! Last years festival saw everything from vegan pizza and candyfloss, to perfumes and pie & mash, to churros and soaps.

Across the weekend there will also be live cooking demonstrations, so you can scrub up on your vegan cooking skills, as well as try some delicious freshly made treats, as well as the chance to buy vegan cookbooks so you can continue to develop your cooking at home. There will also be inspirational talks demonstrating the enormous importance of veganism, both for yourself and the world around you.

For the little ones in your life, there will also be children’s entertainment, such as hula-hooping workshops and circus skills, throughout the whole weekend, and if you all need a little zen and relaxation, yoga classes will also be available.

Try your hand at circus skills such as hula hooping

If for some reason none of the above is quite enough to tempt you, there’s also the option to upgrade your ticket for the full VIP experience – ensuring your status as a VIPEGAN, if you will. The lucky holders of a VIP ticket will be entitled to fast track entry, an exclusive goodie bag, discounts and much more.

Vegan Summer Fest organiser, Victoria, has made it clear that the day is inclusive – whether you’re vegan or not: “The festival is open to everyone regardless of whether you are vegetarian, vegan or simply vegan-curious. We are here to educate and inform everyone about the vegan lifestyle and offer support to anybody who would like it. We are all about trying new things and opening people’s eyes to new possibilities.”

So whether you’re a 50-year-strong vegan, thinking about making the change, or just really fancy a fun filled day, complete with delicious treats, be sure to get down to The Level this weekend!
