Not only are they offering some great music and great beer, but there are also Live Home Brewing demonstrations throughout the afternoon by James Torr, who is involved in the Brighton Home Brewing Meetup Group. Then, we find ourselves back to Monday again where from twelve pm onwards they will be selling the remainder of the cask ales, which are also available to take home with you. Just in case you want to hold onto the memories of the Winter Beer Festival for just that little bit longer.
