Who doesn’t love pancakes rolled up with jam or sugar? Pancakes are one of the most easiest thing we can make when an unexpected guests arrive or we just feel like a treat. But when we’re trying to avoid all things white (carbs) in our diet things can get tricky, that’s why it’s always good to come across recipes like this one.
Pancakes
- 110 g cream cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1,5 tsp vanila drops or vanila extract
- 2 tsp sukrin gold
Mix it all together in a blender and let it stand for a few minutes till the bubbles are gone. Then fry on a hot pan in melted butter. Each pancake needs about 1-2 minutes on each side.
Sugarfree jam
- 1 cup of strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 tbsp hot water
- 2 tsp sukrin melis
- 1 tbsp lemmon juice
All ingredients are blended together in a blender. Then you can put the jam into a jar and enjoy with your pancakes. If any leftovers the jam can be stored in a closed jar in a refrigerator for two weeks. Enjoy!
