Fried Chicken with Tomatoes


It can be tricky being a person that doesn’t really like to cook but loves to eat good food, especially when there is no one else to cook for you. I therefore gather all recipes I can find that are tasty and easy. I usually remember a few more than others over periods of time, and make them all the time till I’ve had enough and try to refresh my memory in attempt to add a little more variety to the menu. Here is one so simple that you only need one frying pan and three key ingredients then dinner is ready!


  • 4 chicken breasts
  • case of cherry tomatoes
  • 1-2 handfulls of Spinach
  • four garlic leaves pressed
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Fry the chicken with some salt and pepper. Cut tomatoes in half and put them on the pan along with the spinach, the garlic and the oil. Flavour with salt and pepper. Dinner is served.
