Monday 22nd October

 

Viagra Boys

Last few tickets remaining! Punk rock band from Stockholm headlines at The Pipeline for their first time in Brighton. This six-man-strong ensemble has revolutionised the music scene with their powerful political and anti-patriarchal tone, having been labelled one of Europe’s best live bands for their incomparable energy on stage. Their performance this Monday will feature music from their debut album Street Worms.

Tuesday 23rd October

 

 

Penelope Isles

This Tuesday, head to The Green Door Store to support some local talent. Currently based between Brighton and Cornwall, the band Penelope Isles perform melodic fuzz pop with dynamics that will transfix and satisfy. “Hypnotic, chiming bedroom pop music.”

Wednesday 24th October

 

 

Ben Claplan

Wednesday brings a five-star musical theatre/folk hybrid performance to the Old Market. Ben Claplan’s tour Old Stock: A Refugee Love Story has been described as “astonishingly captivating” by The Musical Theatre Review. Expect to see “An award-winning humorously dark folktale woven together with a high-energy concert”. Not to be missed!

Thursday 25th October

GIRLI

Head to Patterns nightclub this Thursday to see English singer, songwriter and rapper, GIRLI. Her music has been described by the Guardian as “bubblegum pop” as her outspoken lyrics and catchy tunes match her overtly pink style.

Friday 26th October

 

Our Girl

Following the release of their debut album Stranger Today, three-piece indie band Our Girl headlines in Brighton alongside local artists Breathe Panel this Friday at The Haunt.

Saturday 27th October

 

Tom Odell

This critically acclaimed singer/songwriter from West Sussex rose to fame after the release of his debut album. Odell’s incredible talent on the piano and delicate, unique voice has led him to dominate the charts with singles such as “Another Love”, “Real Love” and “Hold Me”. Don’t miss out on the chance to see him perform this weekend at the Brighton Dome!
