Sleeper @ Resident Brighton, Monday 25th March
Critically acclaimed Sleeper are back, with their first album in 21 years! There music was popular in the mid-90’s for its ‘astute, observational lyrics and big, hook driven melodies’. They are performing their new album ‘The Modern Age‘ at Resident Brighton, as well as holding an in-store signing session.

Nilufer Yanya @ Resident, Tuesday 26th March
Ahead of the release of her Debut album ‘Miss Universe’, which was released on the 22nd of March, Nilufer Yanya is coming to Resident for a performance and in-store signing. Her new album has been described by the Guardian as ‘hilariously talented’. Check her out!

Firewoodisland @ The Brunswick, Wednesday 27th March
Firewoodisland are coming to Brighton for their Storm/ Clarity Tour. Firewoodisland is made up of instrumentalist and songwriting duo Stian Vedøy and Abi Eleri. “Their emotive and dynamic vocal harmonies together with the morphing of organic and digital instruments, creates an atmospheric soundscape that is moving yet striking.”

Dirty Dike @ Patterns, Thursday 28th March
Cambridge based rapper and raw hip-hop legend Dirty Dike is coming to Brighton for his ‘Acrylic Snail’ tour. Part of the High Focus crew, Dike started gaining attention in 2011 with recognized tracks ‘Pork Pie’ and ‘Hi, I’m James’.

Grace Carter @ Concorde 2, Friday 29th March
Grace Carter is performing at Concorde as part of her 2019 European Tour. She grew up in Brighton and her sound has strong influences from the likes of Nina Simone and Lauren Hill. Recently, she was placed third on the BBC Sound of 2019. It’s surprising that there are still tickets available!

Noble Jacks @ Concorde 2, Saturday 30th March
Noble Jacks are playing at Concorde for their album launch this Saturday, which is set to be their biggest Brighton show yet! Last year they had sold out shows across the UK any months in advance, as well as shows at major festivals including Glastonbury, Isle of Wight and Bestival, and some major European festivals. Head down for high energy rhythms led by a fiddle, that always get the audience on their feet.

Poppy Ajudha @ The Green Door Store, Sunday 31st March
Rising Star Poppy Ajudha is performing at the Green Door Store this Sunday as part of her UK Tour. Her sound is influenced by reggae, jazz, and blues, with funk beats in the six-piece band that she sings in and slow, soulful ballads when performing solo.
