Monday 18th June: Ease into the week with a slice of indie folk at The Rose Hill. Daniel Higgs is as prolific as they come, with a rich career of experimentation spanning 3 decades. Higgs is perhaps better known as part of the band Lungfish, but his solo music is still special.

Starcrawler play The Haunt

Tuesday 19th June: Tuesday brings something a little heavier at The Haunt. Starcrawler exploded into popularity in the last year, taking their glam rock aesthetic and infusing their sound with grungy undertones. Catch them before they truly break into mainstream circles, so that you can say you saw them before they were cool.

RAFFER supports Indigo Husk

Wednesday 20th June: Indie group Indigo Husk play The Green Door Store. The outfit have a fairly conventional sound, but their immediacy and energy will undoubtedly make this a good time. Joining them is fellow indie rocker RAFFER.

Death and the Penguin play Latest Music Bar

Thursday 21st June: Math rockers Death and the Penguin play Latest Music Bar. The band are melodically unpredictable, taking their music in unforeseeable directions. No matter your taste, this is a band who will entertain. Joining them are indie rockers Five Kites and the more laid back Natalie Evans.

Eric Bibb plays St George’s Church

Friday 22nd June: Veteran Blues musician Eric Bibb plays St George’s Church. Active since 1962, Bibb is a seminal, must-see artist. Joining him is ROB.GREEN.The hip-hop artist will make this an expansive, diversified night of music.

Town of Cats play The Gladstone

Saturday 23rd June: Support some local music by getting out to see Town of Cats at The Gladstone. The Brighton band are known in the area for their wild, often improvised jazzy instrumentals, blended with hip-hop. This band are always a blast to see.

Beth Rowley plays Latest Music Bar

Sunday 24th June: End the week with the fantastic Beth Rowley at the Latest Music Bar. Rowley blends a series of styles, from blues, country and folk, always pushing boundaries. Let Rowley’s entrancing style sweep you into the new week.
