Brighton is set to redefine the wellness landscape with the launch of the Brighton Wellness Festival (BWF) — a bold, community-led celebration of inclusive, radical wellbeing. Taking place from 1st to 8th October 2025, this groundbreaking new festival invites everyone — from the wellness-curious to seasoned practitioners — to experience a week of authentic, accessible, and culturally relevant wellbeing.
Held across a vibrant mix of indoor and outdoor venues throughout the city, BWF brings together local voices, expert facilitators, and pioneering wellness brands to create a truly transformative experience. With hundreds of workshops, talks, and immersive events, the festival spans the full spectrum of mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
Highlights include:
-
Breathwork, mindfulness, nutrition, and somatic therapy experiences
-
Live expert talks, interactive panels, and family-friendly activities
-
An ethical marketplace featuring sustainable products and purpose-driven brands
-
Programming led by local changemakers, health innovators, and wellness practitioners
“We created Brighton Wellness Festival to make space for real, grounded wellness that feels inclusive, welcoming and socially conscious,” says founder Natasha Jackson. “Wellbeing isn’t a luxury or a trend — it’s a collective right. We’re here to redefine what wellness really means.”
At its core, BWF is more than a festival — it’s a movement. Rooted in Brighton’s culture of care, creativity, and activism, the initiative positions wellness as a public good — not a private privilege. Developed by a collaborative of public health experts, community leaders, and practitioners, the festival aims to make Brighton the Home of Collective, Inclusive Wellness in the UK.
