Do something different for Christmas presents this year by getting yourself down to Patterns on Sunday to make your own presents. Part of Cult Milk’s regular Monthly Milk events, the Monthly Milk Christmas special is an all-day event in which you can create homemade Christmas presents for everyone. There are a number of workshops to choose from, such as making your own silk sleep mask, make your own kaleidoscope and make your own sketch book, as well as many more to be announced. There is also a free present wrapping station, as well as free entry. All workshops are under £5.
Cult Milk is the all-female Art Collective from Brighton founded in 2015 by Alessandra Chambers and Amy Brown. The two artists met working on Sophie Giblin’s first Kollektiv Gallery in 2013 and have collaborated on many creative projects, including those hosted by Pop-Up Brighton, since. Cult Milk create interactive art, visuals and workshops and on the last Sunday of each month they hold an all-day event called Monthly Milk. Monthly Milk consists of a number of lovely things such as art workshops, Jumble sales and vintage/bespoke clothing, pop-up art galleries, music, free arts and crafts and games.
It looks like it will be a wonderful event full of arts, crafts and general Christmas fun, it would be sad to miss out on such an event. To find out more about the event, pop to their Facebook page here.
