Vegan Food Is For Vegans 

A vegan diet is one that sticks to plant-based ingredients and doesn’t include any animal products at all, and there are some people who suggest that this can be a very healthy way to live – they’ll choose it because of that reason and because of how they want to treat animals, for example.

It’s better to stick to natural sweeteners like honey or syrup than manufactured ones, but in reality, using sugar in moderation isn’t much of a problem.
