We all watched in awe as Harry married Suits actress Megan Markle on 19th May earlier this year. Now, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are due to make their first visit to Brighton and Hove next week, visiting the county that inspired their royal titles.

Harry and Meghan will come down to Sussex on a “special day away” on 3rd October. Their day will consist of a tour of some of Brighton and Hove’s most iconic sights, including the Royal Pavilion Gardens. Beginning construction in 1787 as a seaside retreat for George, Prince of Wales, the popular tourist destination will become a vision of history for son of the late Diana, Princess of Wales.

Sharon Marks, Chair of Trustees at Survivor’s Network said: ” We are absolutely thrilled that TRHs the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will be visiting Survivors’ Network, the Rape Crisis centre for Sussex, where they will hear about the challenges facing survivors of sexual violence and their supporters.”
