The Grand Mod Experience is coming to Brighton from London’s West End on one of the summer’s most anticipated weekends. As the August Bank Holiday weekend is approaching, with it comes the eclectic mix of events that these often vibrant few days has on offer.

All Or Nothing: the Experience by Carol Harrison is a traditionally Mod event, in keeping with Brighton’s history, and will take place at The Grand Hotel on Friday 23rd August. Featuring songs from English rock band, Small Faces, this exciting event has loads in store as well as helping to raise money for Cancer Research and Martlets.

Rock ‘n’ Rollers will expect to experience Mod Radio’s Justin Fox: Foxy’s Fabulous Early-Bird Soul Set, a Q&A with celebrity guests: Quadrophenia’s Phil Daniels, lady of soul PP Arnold, and more!

Sign up for The Grand Mod Dance Competition, judged by Ready Steady Go’s one and only Sandy Sargeant. All proceeds from the competition will go to charity. Or, if you fancy boogeying without the competitiveness, Pioneers of British R&B and Soul Zoot Money’s Big Roll Band will be taking the stage.

Assisting in raising money for the spotlight charities there will be The Spectacular Grand Mod Experience Charity Auction, with a wonderful mix of unique items you can get your hands on, all for a good cause.

For those looking to keep the party going DJs Andy Hill & Sean Chapman are kicking off your weekend with ‘Chills & Fever’: Hot sounds ’til midnight…

Packed into one day of ecstatic waves of nostalgia, this event is set to be one quite like no other this weekend. Full of fun, frolics and fundraising Rock n Roll Productions are throwing a party you won’t forget.
