A decade into the game and business is booming for one of the UK music industry’s best loved Independent Bookings and Management companies. In celebration of this landmark birthday, the agency will be throwing special 10th Anniversary Parties at Brighton’s Concorde 2 and everyone is invited.
Cherry-picking a wave of all-stars from its roster especially for the occasion, on 15th April 2023 This Is Now Agency will be rounding-up some of its biggest success stories and certified party-starters for two unmissable shows under one roof.
An early evening do (7-10pm) will host live music from three favourites of the alternative folk scene. A headline set from “Drunk-folk” do-gooder BEANS ON TOAST will see him playing material from throughout his expansive back-catalogue; while supporting sets will come from Deal’s spine-tingling songsmith WILL VARLEY, and the eclectic sounds of XYLAROO.
Raising the tempo with a late night bash (10.30pm til late), will feature aDJ set from Brighton hip-hop supremo DJ FORMAT, and live shows from the one-man electro blues band FUNKE AND THE TWO TONE BABY, high-octane bass/jazz mashers DUTTY MOONSHINE BIG BAND, and longstanding Bristol beats-and-bars maestro DIZRAELI will be getting the birthday celebrations bouncing into the early hours.
