Alt-J To Headline Brighton Centre This September

English indie rock band, formed in Leeds in 2007, Alt-J have been taking the festival circuit by storm ever since Matilda hit radio stations everywhere. The (now) 3 piece indie band have had numerous chart topping hits, with the likes of Breezeblocks, Taro and Tessellate being just a few fan favourites. With three full studio albums under their belt, Alt-J have always been exciting musicians to follow. Their breakthrough album, An Awesome Wave even won them the prestigious Mercury Prize in 2012. Well known names at festivals such as Latitude, Bestival, Reading and Leeds, T in the Park and Green Man, now Alt-J will be tackling the Brighton Centre!

The trio has announced that they will be performing a series of seaside tour dates including our beloved city. They revealed the exciting news on the band’s Twitter page, announcing “We’re coming to the seaside”.

 

With the band releasing their third LP, Relaxer on 2nd June, this gig will be one not to miss with plenty of new material!

Tickets go on sale at 10am on Friday 2nd June and can be bought .
